Sequential invoice numbering
BillBee enforces unbroken sequential numbering on all invoices as required by Spanish law.
Hash chain on every invoice
Each issued invoice is cryptographically linked to the previous one using SHA-256.
QR code generation
Every issued invoice includes a Veri*Factu QR code linking to the verifiable invoice record.
XML in AEAT format
Invoice records are stored and can be exported in the XML format required by AEAT.
Correction invoice flow
Issued invoices cannot be deleted. Corrections create a proper audit trail as required.
AEAT live submission
BillBee is in Preparation Mode. Live electronic submission to AEAT will be activated ahead of the 2027 mandatory deadlines.
