Can I change plan at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no payment details. You only add a card when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Is Veri*Factu compliance included?
Yes — BillBee's compliance layer is included on all plans, including free. Hash chain, QR codes and XML generation are active from day one.
What is the OCR scanning add-on?
OCR scanning lets you photograph a receipt or invoice and BillBee automatically extracts the details — supplier, amount, IVA — and fills in the expense form. The first 5 scans per month are free on all plans.
Can my gestor access BillBee?
Your gestor doesn't need to log in. You download a clean export pack from BillBee and share it with them — just like a spreadsheet, but much cleaner.
